Ki Training is an ancient healing programme from South Korea in which people receive vital Ki Energy to help maintain health and well being. Classes last one hour, and involve chanting, slow movements and meditation.
During chanting, specific sound vibrations open the bodies’ energy channels and pure energy is received. Slow movements stimulate energy circulation through these channels, dissolving energy blockages, and recharging all organs and cells. Breathing exercises aid the accumulation of Ki Energy, and meditation allows the complete digestion of this energy by creating a bright and loving heart.
